Acclaimed author Kenneth Womack will give a multimedia presentation on his forthcoming authorized biography and archive project about beloved Beatles road manager, Mal Evans. Through rare and previously unseen photos and clips from Evans’s diaries and personal collection, Womack will trace Evans’s story as the ultimate insider, friend and confidante to the world’s most famous rock ‘n’ roll band.
Womack’s book Living the Beatles’ Legend: The Untold Story of Mal Evans (Dey Street Books) will be published November 14, 2023, and is available for pre-order.
The evening will also feature a performance by the Magical Mystery Girls, America’s premier all-female Beatles tribute band, playing your favorite Fab Four songs!
