The GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center, located in Newark, NJ has found its home through the great support of the City of Newark, New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), Newark School of the Arts, Rutgers Institute of Jazz Studies, The Newark Public School District and the New Jersey State Board of Education.
Jane Ortner was a devoted and beloved public school teacher who valued music as a powerful tool for teaching academic subjects. In her memory, the GRAMMY Museum and the Ortner family are proud to honor K-12 academic educators who foster a creative learning environment and incorporate music into their lessons.
